What are they

Lead fee rules allow you to set a maximum lead fee to accept for a selected provider

How to create a rule

  1. In the top right hand corner of Eaco click on your organisation's logo, then in the drop down menu click Organisation Settings
  2. Down the bottom of the menu on the left side click on Lead Fee Rules
  3. In the top right of the tab click Add Rule
  4. In the popup(pictured below), type the providers name, the maximum lead fee for the provider, then click the button

  • You can see all the rules you have created in the rules list
  • To edit a rule just click on the providers name
