What are they
Lead fee rules allow you to set a maximum lead fee to accept for a selected provider
What do they apply to
How to create a rule
- In the top right hand corner of Eaco click on your organisation's logo, then in the drop down menu click Organisation Settings
- Down the bottom of the menu on the left side click on Lead Fee Rules
- In the top right of the tab click Add Rule
- In the popup(pictured below), type the providers name, the maximum lead fee for the provider, then click the button
Rules List
- You can see all the rules you have created in the rules list
- To edit a rule just click on the providers name
